Chronometry Convention to Discuss Horology and Cars
Horology and the car industry are two worlds which share much more than a common history. They crystallize human passion for technology and perfection. The two separate worlds will unite for the 13th International Chronometry Convention organized by the Swiss Society of Chronometry on Sept. 26 and 27 in Colombier, Switzerland.
Twenty one lecturers will speak and to more than 550 specialists and professionals from the watch industry. The automobile world will be Horology’s guest during the two days.
The SSC is also organizing a mechanical event on Sept. 26 on the track of the Aerodrome of Colombier (NE), not far from the congress location. Bound right from the start by the attraction of performance and its measurement, car competition and chronometry became inseparable. Their history will be recalled through this event.
