Randi Shinske to head Maurice Lacroix


Encino, Calif.—Maurice Lacroix Swiss Watches has named international luxury-brand executive Randi Shinske to president and chief executive officer of the company’s North American operations.

She officially joins the company today, during final preparations for BaselWorld 2007.

Shinske brings more than 20 years of experience to Maurice Lacroix. Over that time, she’s helped companies increase market share and profitability through her leadership.

Sharon Stone takes ‘adventure’ with Dior


Basel, Switzerland—Actress Sharon Stone will star in a new advertising campaign for Dior Watches’ Christal watch.

Dior designer John Galliano, creator of the Christal watch, served as the art director for the ad, while fashion photographer Mario Testino photographed it.

Launched in 2005, the Christal watch features sapphire crystals as design elements on the bezel, bracelet and crown. The newest Christal watch is a 38-millimeter chronograph featuring pavé diamonds and black lacquer.

Shinske Named President, CEO of Maurice Lacroix North America


Maurice Lacroix Swiss Watches has appointed Randi Shinske president and chief executive officer of Maurice Lacroix North America. Shinske joined the company Tuesday, during final preparations for Baselworld 2007.

Shinske has more than 20 years of experience as an international luxury brand executive.

In 2002, Shinske was named president and CEO of Ebel USA, becoming one of only five women to lead a luxury watch brand in the United States. She brought considerable experience and vision to create the new direction of Ebel and raised consumer awareness of the brand in the United States as an upper tier luxury timepiece.

Kolber and Volvo C30


The brand Kolber will be the partner at the presentation of new Volvo C30 on the 22nd of March. The presentation will be held by the automobile dealer Musa Motors.

“New C30 is a hot car. It is oriented towards a young costumer or towards young couples who lead an active city life. The most important characteristics for them are the car design and how it is running, that’s why they will take great pleasure in driving this car”, says Fredrik Arp, president and CEO of Volvo Cars.
