Jim Mix, Sterling Jewelers Veteran, 71
James Doran ("Jim") Mix, a veteran Sterling Jewelers executive, passed away April 8, 2007, in Cleveland, following a year long battle with multiple myeloma. He was 71.
Mix's career spanned 27 years with Sterling. He served in virtually every district in the country as vice president of Regional Operations.

Jewellery Arabia 2006 Exhibition
Jewellery Arabia, the prestigious jewellery, watch and clock exhibition in the Middle East. At Jewellery Arabia 2006 Exhibition, 50 Indian companies are participating and the Indian pavilion has occupied one of the biggest areas. GJEPC international co-convener Haresh Zaveri informed that the pavilion has acquired 598.5 square meters area and it can grow further in coming years.
Zaveri added that nearly all companies in the pavilion obtained higher than expected sales on the first day.
