Happy Love of George Clooney
The world-renowned Hollywood actor George Clooney is famous for his love for Switzerland and everything produced in this country and of course Swiss watches are not an exception. And the watchmakers reciprocate his feelings - the other day the company Omega announced that they were happy to welcome Mr. Clooney in the family of the brand’s representatives. Now the actor will present Omega watches all over the world with the exception of the USA and Canada.
“My first watch was Omega, ???‚a€? said George Clooney, ???‚a€? my uncle gave it to me as a present. It was in 1969 when the Apollo-11 team walked on the moon. When I found out that the cosmonauts took Omega with them, I was extremely happy and proud.”
The president of Omega Stephen Urguhart has congratulated George Clooney and said that he considers Clooney to be an excellent representative of the brand not only because he is famous but also as he has a lot of in common with the philosophy of Omega.
