Vendela is Official Spokesperson of Clearly First
Supermodel Vendela Kirsebom Thomessen has become the official spokesperson of Clearly First, the Madison Avenue store/showroom that features exclusive fashion, home and gift items from Scandinavia.
“Vendela’s beauty and sophistication are known around the world, and her Scandinavian background and values resonate perfectly with the Clearly First point of view,” said Hélène Hellsten, Clearly First chief executive officer and president. “Both stand for a natural simplicity.”
Vendela will be featured in imagery for Sjöö Sandström watches, which are exclusive in the United States to Clearly First. Sjöö Sandström timepieces are hand-assembled and umbered in Sweden.
Inspired by the Nordic summer lights, the Swedish Blonde chronometer is a specialty timepiece produced in a limited quantity of only 100 pieces per year. The mechanical watch has a stainless steel case and titanium back with a white analog dial and white digital display on a pale calfskin strap. The analog component shows the local time, while the digital shows home time plus the time in 25 cities around the globe, a function developed in conjunction with Scandinavian Airline Systems. The Swedish Blonde is part of the Chronolink Worldtimer family, which is also offered with a black, white, silver, orange or blue face ($6,900).
The latest addition to the Sjöö Sandström collection is the Royal Steel Chonograph, which boasts a self-winding mechanical movement and see-through engraved case-back with flat sapphire
glass ($4,900).
